I lucked out yesterday. Stopped at a thrift store and their book section had quite a few community cookbooks (maybe someone downsizing their collection?).

So today's recipe was basically a mandate because who can ignore a note on a cookbook cover about cheesecake?
So I present to you, Cheese Cake from
Our Favorite Recipes of the
St. Justin Martyr Women's Council in Anaheim, California. No date on this cookbook but I would guess prior to the 1970s.
